Provisions of Law:

1. Regarding data on Service Provider and the steps of electronic contracting, Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain matters regarding the electronic commercial services, and services related to the informational society includes provisions.
2. The detailed conditions of cooling-off are governed by Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on Tele-contracts.
3. Laws regarding online purchases are provided in Act CLV of 1997 on Customer protection and Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code.
4. The provisions on restitution are amended pursuant to the new Civil Code, Act CXII of 2011, subsection 17.
5. Regulations regarding electronic contracting are provided in Act V of 2013, Chapter XVI.
