Tektite

Physical Information

Tektite is a natural glass formed from terrestrial materials during ancient meteorite impacts.
When a meteor strikes the Earth, intense heat and pressure melt the surrounding rock and soil, ejecting molten material into the atmosphere.
As this material cools and falls back to the ground, it solidifies into Tektite — a glossy, often black or dark green impact glass.
Common forms include spherical drops, irregular nodules, and splash-like shapes with pitted or textured surfaces.
Most Tektites are found in strewn fields, such as Indochinite (Southeast Asia), Australite (Australia), and Moldavite (Czech Republic).
Their composition varies depending on local geology, but they are typically lightweight, silica-rich, and resistant to chemicals.

Metaphysical Properties

Tektite is associated with higher consciousness, expanded awareness, and energetic acceleration.
Because it carries the energy of both Earth and cosmic impact, it is believed to enhance intuition, psychic sensitivity, and spiritual exploration.
Many use Tektite to break old patterns, release emotional blockages, and stimulate rapid personal growth.
It is also a strong grounding stone that helps integrate high-frequency energy into the physical body.
A powerful ally for transformation, astral work, and deep energetic clearing.
